Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms then we advise you to not use this website.

Product Safety

Under no circumstances should your child put the product in their mouth due to small parts. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the childs safety. As with any baby product this should never be used without proper adult supervision. DO NOT leave your child unattended with this product. This product does contain small parts and the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring this product is used in a safe manner. Regularly check the product and discard IMMEDIATELY if it shows any sign or wear and tear or damage.

All products in our ranges are not toys, under no circumstances should your child put them in their mouth due to small parts. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the child’s safety. As with any baby product this should NEVER be used without proper adult supervision. Do not leave your child unattended with the products and the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the products are used in a safe manner. Regularly check the product and discard immediately if it shows any signs of wear and tear or damage.

Product Age Group

Customer must follow age restriction when purchasing a product. The buyer holds all liability if they buy or gift a product for under the age recommended.

Discount Codes, Promotions & Sale

Discount codes must be applied when you reach the shopping bag.

Codes can only be applied to full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, unless stated otherwise.

Discounts do not apply to shipping or box costs unless stated otherwise.

Discount codes are not applicable on Gift Cards unless stated otherwise.

Always check the end date for discount codes, as they will not be valid after this time.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Babba Box Co Limited reserves the right (i) cancel discount codes at any time; (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in offers, and (iii) amend these terms and conditions.

You will be able to access all areas of this Website without registering your details with us. However, if you wish to register with the company, there are certain areas of the Website that allow you to do so.

Ordering from us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order to the customer. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order for any reason.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

(f) If your order for personalised products contains content, which is deemed inappropriate for an order, i.e. threatening or abusive.
(g) If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive.

Personalised Items

For delivery of Personalised Items, please allow up to 14 days - unless the individual product description states differently

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled or amended - unless you phone us immediately after Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Names will be printed exactly as spelled in your order so please check that the spelling is correct. However, please note the following:

Bags, Wooden Toys, Wooden Boxes , Aprons, Placemats, Ride-Ons, Toys, Soft Toys: we can accept all characters including accented letters. All letters will be printed in sentence case (eg Oliver or OLIVER will be personalised as Oliver or OLIVER) - We can use a different case if you wish, but you must specify this in an email to order@babbabox.co.uk

Pricing

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT and include it in the total price.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

Our prices are reviewed periodically.

Delivery

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again.

You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient.

We do deliver outside of Europe. If you are outside the EU, please just enter your address and change the country when specified. Our international delivery courier is USPS and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Our Normal Standard Delivery we aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders within 7-14 working days. However, during busy periods we cannot guarantee standard delivery orders to arrive within the 14 working days.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal Standred delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

If you do not receive products ordered by you within 7 - 14 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at orders@babbabox.co.uk of the problem within 15 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

Our courier services are as follows: DHL for our Standard Delivery

We reserve the right to wait up to 7 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item.

Order Cancellations

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 2 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items, which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. It does not apply to any goods, which have been opened.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 2 working days beginning the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to orders@babbabox.co.uk or by telephone 07818001436 before we have dispatched the goods to you or: Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns and exchange' section below.

Please note: In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products, which have been misspelt.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with our customer support team either via email orders@babbabox.co.uk . If it is a fault at our end, you can return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

-Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
-Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

Discounts

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on the next steps. We will rectify immediately and make sure the correct product arrives within 72 hours of you getting in contact.

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer services team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Colour

The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.

Clothing

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that washing instructions have not been followed. The item should be returned with its original packaging.

Service Access

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

When making a payment through Babba Box we keep no record of any credit card details whatsoever and as soon as your payment goes through, the details are dismissed from our website. We and our nominees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
